NCO Eco-Ret Moldova announces the launch of a Closed Call for Tenders under a Contract Negotiation Procedure for the implementation of the Central Information System (CIS) of the Deposit Return System (DRS) in the Republic of Moldova.

The CIS will serve as the central digital platform supporting the operational, financial and information flows of the Moldova DRS, including packaging registration, stakeholder management, financial settlements, logistics and traceability, integration with RVMs and counting equipment, ERP/accounting functionality, reporting and system security.
The procurement procedure is conducted with pre-selected technology providers with relevant experience in DRS, ERP and system integration.
Participation is by invitation only. The procurement documentation has been provided directly to the companies invited by Eco-Ret Moldova. This announcement is published solely for transparency and information purposes and does not constitute an open invitation to participate.
Initial Tender Submission Deadline: 29 September 2026, 17:00 Chisinau time.
Through this procedure, Eco-Ret Moldova aims to select a reliable technology partner to implement and support the Central Information System that will form the digital backbone of the Moldova DRS.
